You can use the collected amount at any point of time by simply clicking on 'USE'. But note that this would mark the pool as 'complete' and pending group members will not be able to contribute if remaining.
Each participant you invite receive a link that leads directly to your Nkap pool page. Without registration, he will see the button for participating that will take him to our mobile money partners’ payment gateways. As for the collection, the money remains securely with our partner payment gateways (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money and Express Union Mobile Money) in their escrow until you (the organizer) 'close the pool'!
At NKAP, we believe each participant has the right to follow up the progress of pools he has contributed money in and to be notified when the amount collected is used by the Organizer. To be able to perform this, the participant must register by clicking on the link contained in the confirmation e-mail sent to him after receiving his participation).
The target date (visible on the Nkap pool you have been invited to) is the one that has been set by the organizer of your pool as the desired date to collect the total money. Ideally, you should try to put in your contribution by this date; however the pool still remains intact even if the date is passed (as long as the organizer hasn’t decided to close the pool.)
